Captain Pat began fishing in South Florida, the Bahamas and Dominican Republic and this is where Pats love for bill fishing began. Pat took his love for Marlin and Sailfish fishing to Quepos, Costa Rica, where he invested in 2008 in the Top Notch. Fully re-built and designed for luxurious sport fishing.
